WWE’s Ronda Rousey rocks Dragon Ball Z’s futuristic trunks on SmackDown

Tonight’s SmackDown featured a head-to-head confrontation between Ronda Rousey and Liv Morgan, who spent her money in the bank’s money bag on Rousey to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion. Tonight Rousey joined Morgan and Natalya in the ring, and Dragon Ball Z fans noticed she was wearing a very familiar jacket when she appeared on SmackDown. Rosie was wearing a blue Dragon Ball Z’s Future Trunks-style jacket, complete with a capsule company logo on the sleeve. You can take a look at the jacket and Rossi’s confrontation with Morgan below.

Rossi has spoken about her love for Dragon Ball Z a lot in the past, including her love for Vegeta, which she defended in a previous tweet after a discussion about Goku, Vegeta, and Ultra Instinct. Rouse Rossi in her thoughts, saying that Vegeta is the most interesting and complex character and explaining why he would win easily if the story was intended to be entertainment.

Rossi wrote on Twitter: “Vegeta is the most interesting, complex and multifaceted character – the book always gives him the reason for his noble birth that people resent and not a ‘pure’ good man like Goku. But the purpose of the story is entertainment, Vegeta is the funniest so he wins.”

Rousey faced off against Morgan and Natalya in the ring and told Morgan to enjoy the moment, but defending the championship is much more difficult than winning it in the first place. Then Natalia got into the mix and she and Rosie collide, and then an unexpected match occurred.

Despite having a sore leg, Rousey was taking the fight to Natalya, and while Natalya had some humiliation here and there, Rousey was in for most of the match. Rossi applied the ankle lock several times throughout the match, but then put Natalia in the center of the ring and pressed her, and Natalia had to walk out. Rousey vs Morgan will likely happen at SummerSlam, and now we’re one step closer to a rematch.
